    Tom Muyllaert & Samuel Muyllaert both have a strong marketing background and view AI chatbots through a marketing lens.

    Our vision can always be traced back to the outcome: more revenue. First and foremost, it's about being able to provide the basic necessities of a chatbot regarding customer service: retrieving orders, answering FAQs, providing service throughout the entire customer journey.
